MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is looking for a motivated
Business Development Associate to help expand our network of
partner schools, companies, and organizations.
Youll represent MFI in the field - promoting academic programs, forming partnerships under the
Employment-Based Education and Training (EBET) law, and linking students with industry opportunities that change lives.
What Youll Do
- Conduct school, LGU, NGO, and company visits to promote MFI programs, scholarships, and EBET initiatives.
- Develop and sustain institutional partnerships that lead to student immersion, corporate training, and job placements.
- Present and negotiate partnership proposals with academic and industry representatives.
- Organize and represent MFI in career fairs, roadshows, orientations, and expos.
- Coordinate with Academic and Training Units to ensure smooth partnership execution.
- Prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations to support Marketing & Sales campaigns.
- Maintain a database of leads, partners, and engagement outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (education or NGO experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, confident in public speaking, and comfortable with travel for fieldwork.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Experience or established connections in the Marine, technical-vocational, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage.

Working Conditions
- Based at MFI Ortigas, Pasig Campus under the Marketing & Sales Department.
- Combination of office work and fieldwork (school, company, and community partner visits).
- May occasionally assist during events or weekend expos.
- Reports directly to the Marketing & Sales Head.
