We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include crafting and delivering impactful presentations, maintaining regular communication with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained growth and partnership development.

• Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Presentations
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client engagement and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic and professional environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in business development or sales is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM tools and metrics-driven decision-making is a plus
