Job Description

The Business Development Analyst, directly reporting to Business Development Manager (BDM), supports the new business opportunities by researching pottention clients, creating accurate cost proposal by coordinating with other department's need and providing ongoing communication and support to clients and contract management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communicates with clients to understand their needs and offer resolutions to their problems.
Analyzes scope of work requirements, head counts, special provisions, and terms and conditions, additional scope of work to provide accurate cost proposal for new business units (Bus) or renewing BUs.
Point of contact of Operations, Finance and HR department for process guidelines and orientation to ensure compliance with the scope of service and applicable rules and regulation of the government.
Assists BDM and Finance BP in providing budget and forecast for existing and target new BUs.
Assists BDM and Finance BP in preparing detailed variance analysis versus budget per BU.
Assist BDM and Finance BP in analyzing monthly operating expenses per cost center and per BU to ensure that spending is within the budget.
Assists BDM and Finance BP to monitors outstanding receivables from BU
Assists BDM in the management of existing partnerships, contract, database and reports
Perform other activities that may be assigned by superior/s

Qualifications

Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or other related course
With at least two (2) years of working experience in Business Development Department or Finance, with supervisory experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
