What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 35+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management in the Philippine market.
- Proven B2B/corporate account experiencein retail, network, micro-lending, fintech, remittance, or banking sectors.
- Experience in insurance is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
What You'll Do
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in the Philippines
- Manage corporate accounts by serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships, monitoring account performance, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate across teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and account performance, and use insights to improve strategies and outcomes
