JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting project objectives within the Experience Design practice. An Associate is expected to assist in project tasks and collaborate with team members to ensure successful outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze issues through root cause analysis and creative thinking.
- Study client's systems and functionalities to assist in designing the to-be process and identifying improvement points.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives and support the manager in ensuring client expectations are met.
- Develop an understanding of industry standards and best practices to contribute to successful client engagements.
- Assist in designing personas and customer journey maps to support business strategies across client engagements.
- Conduct experience-led business process analyses under the guidance of the manager, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
To qualify for the role,you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Accountancy or other related fields.
- One to three years of work experience related to any of the following: Consulting, Customer experience management-related roles, Transformation, Innovation, Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Business Process Management, UI/UX Design, Project Management
- Familiarity with BPMN and process analysis.
- Understanding of Agile frameworks, scrum methodologies, and tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Knowledge of design thinking principles
- Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams and foster a positive environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

- Capable of meeting tight deadlines and project timelines, with a willingness to work beyond office hours.
- Flexible and open to working on client sites within or beyond Metro Manila.
