Job Description

The Business Consultant Enterprise plays a key role in delivering highquality solutions across products such as Datascope Select, Datascope On Site, Datascope Plus, and DaaS (Data as a Service). Projects include custom reports, data analysis, and workflow consulting services.

In this role, you will support highvalue projects across a wide range of content sets. You will work closely with global customersincluding investment banks, consulting firms, law firms, and other financial institutionsthrough both presales and postsales phases. You will be directly working with Senior Business Consultants in delivering direct revenue to Customer Consulting.

Project Delivery

  • Support the planning, prioritization, and delivery of custom solutions and services.
  • Apply product and content expertise, with a focus on pricing and reference services.
  • Participate in project execution and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Develop and recommend solution options that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver largescale or sophisticated projects.
  • Assist with pricing and costing activities for solution proposals.
  • Prepare documentation for sales opportunities and help ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Track account details and project progress using tools such as ServiceNow, TRUST, and Salesforce.
  • Chip in to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Deliver customer orders within agreed timelines or SLAs while providing timely updates to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to improve satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Promote standard methodologies and support ongoing learning within the team.
  • Show strength in enterprise content sets and related products.
  • Provide guidance to Specialists as they explore potential solutions or offerings.
  • Help supply resources to the team's knowledge management activities.

Scope of Impact

  • Support project delivery and give ideas for new solution approaches.
  • Provide input on team goals and operational improvements.
  • Share insights on functional processes and customer needs.
  • Help shape recommendations on commercial frameworks and solution strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain effective working links such as Customer Consulting, SAM, OMS, Proposition, Content, and Customer Support.
  • Support shift operations to help ensure service quality and operational excellence.
  • Identify tools and approaches that can improve agility and workflow efficiency.
  • Work with the On Demand management to enhance processes, handle workloads, and implement solutions across workflows.

Requirements

  • Exposure in financial market data particularly in Enterprise Content & Products with Specialization on Pricing & Reference Services
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant content sets or products indicated above.
  • Strong understanding of customer workflows, enterprise solutions, and related technology.
  • Ability to apply pricing techniques and commercial frameworks.
  • Growth mindset and ability to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Customercentric approach with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience supporting globalscale projects and delivering highvalue work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Flexibility in shift schedules: Working in US hours, weekends, and holidays

Optional

  • Financial industry certification such as CFA or FIA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Post-graduate degree such as MBA
  • Proficiency with VBA, Python .NET, SQL or other programming languages
