We are seeking an experienced Business Central Consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AL development expertise to join our team and support multiple client implementations. Reporting to our Microsoft Business Central leadership, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Business Central solutions across diverse industries including manufacturing, printing, restaurant franchising, and supplement distribution. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (minimum 6-month commitment) to work with a dynamic team delivering scalable ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with 3-5 years of Business Central consulting and development experience who is looking for a stable, long-term engagement with growth opportunities

Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language for extensions and custom functionality

- Design, build, and maintain Word and RDLC reports to meet client reporting requirements

- Create and maintain APIs for system integrations and third-party connectivity

- Configure and optimize Business Central modules (including supply chain, manufacturing, and financial modules) to align with client business requirements

- Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime

- Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and ongoing performance improvements

- Provide technical support and guidance for Business Central front-end functionality and user adoption

- Work independently on project-based assignments while reporting to management for guidance and resource allocation

- Support multiple concurrent client projects across various industries

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of professional experience developing in AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Demonstrated expertise in building and customizing Word and RDLC reports in Business Central

- Strong understanding of ERP customization, extensions, and system integrations

- Solid knowledge of Business Central architecture, best practices, and development patterns

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and stakeholders

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and standard productivity tools

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying timelines

- Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics modules in Business Central

- Familiarity with front-end Business Central functionality and user experience

- Experience with API development and system integrations

- Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
