Business Architect (SAP IBP)

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes and identifying areas where improvements can create significant value. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those insights into actionable strategies. The position supports organizational transformation by developing comprehensive business cases and overseeing the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

- Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks.

- Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to analyze data to support decision-making and business case development.

- Familiarity with change management principles and transformation initiatives.

Must have and Good to have skills: IBP and CIDS technical skills to support System Integration / implementation project
