Job Description

As a Business Architect- SAP IBP, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions. The position also involves collaborating with teams to support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational needs.
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to align objectives.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills

Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
Familiarity with enterprise transformation frameworks and methodologies.
Ability to develop and present business cases to stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Must have and Good to have skills: IBP and CIDS technical skills to support System Integration / implementation project
