Job Description
Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.
Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those insights into effective business solutions. The position supports organizational transformation by developing strategic business cases and assisting in the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure cohesive progress toward shared goals. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending actionable enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and promote a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies within enterprise environments. - Experience in aligning business processes with technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between enterprise systems and asset management platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable business outcomes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
