Summary-R1475111 Chevron AMS As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into effective business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with different teams to support transformation initiatives and ensure that technology-enabled solutions align with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves guiding the development of business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes. - Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies. - Experience in designing and implementing business processes within enterprise asset management frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions. - Familiarity with integration of SAP EAM with other enterprise systems to optimize operational workflows. - Proficient in stakeholder engagement and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
