Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in a variety of tasks that focus on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining effective business solutions. You will also translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in developing business cases and project documentation. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing CI. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
