Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Taguig. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and recommending solutions to enhance business operations. Daily tasks include conducting data analysis, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that business objectives are met efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to deliver optimized business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyze data from various sources (marketing, sales, customer success) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business process models and user stories.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
• Recommend automation strategies to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to leadership teams.

Collaboration & Business Alignment

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth implementation of solutions.

Strategic Planning & Project Management

• Support business strategy development by identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist in project management for key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Management: Experience in managing tasks related to business analysis and process optimization.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy, growth planning, and operational efficiency.
