Responsibilities:
As aBusiness Analyst, you are responsible for working with teams across the organization to map and analyze current processes, both in service delivery areas and in central services functions, and to identify and deliver business process improvements that streamline activity, are robust, and compliant, increase quality and efficiency and represent best practice. In addition, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports inPower BIto provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Engage with leaders and colleagues across the organization, run remote and onsite training workshops, and for effective virtual teams to:
- Map and assess current business processes and job life cycles.
- Identify process improvements and redesign processes and use lean principles that are in line with best practice, regulatory and legal standards.
- Identify interdependencies between teams to ensure end-to-end functionality to ensure uniform operational practices, documentation, and reporting, guiding teams to system tools that enhance or mitigate workflow issues.
- Identify and work with leads to ensure ownership and accountability of processes.
- Implement, monitor, and report on improvements.
- Develop process maps, flow diagrams, and related documentation for redesigned processes.
- Document requirements to enable the creation of IT functional specifications where appropriate.
- Collaborate with systems developers to align sys setup-up with optimized business processes and ensure both business and technical suitability.
- Develop training materials and support the implementation of changes.
- Develop and implement process controls, data collection, reporting, and optimization, and up the porting adoption of these by process owners.
- Review operational job transaction tracking and reporting needs to establish standardized tools to enable teams to manage business lines effectively and provide continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage relationships and communications with regional and customer-based key stakeholders across the organization to build trust and maintain buy-in.

Experience Required:
- Develop, maintain, and automate Power BI reports and dashboards for changing and dynamic datasets.
- Identify and resolve data retrieval bottlenecks by creating efficient reporting and data integration solutions.
- Refresh and publish updated reports to the Power BI workspace app upon receipt of new data sets.
- Collaborate with IT and data owners to establish and maintain data connections between Power BI and source systems.
- Learn and document existing data transformation and ingestion processes to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
- Proactively bring creative and data-driven solutions to improve data retrieval, reporting speed, and accuracy.
- Streamline and consolidate existing reports for improved usability and consistency.
- Support project tracking and reporting by designing and maintaining analytical tools and visualizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address data inconsistencies.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong formatting skills for report presentation.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, communicate with IT and technical experts, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with report automation and workflow optimization preferred.
- Familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g., Power Query, Excel, or SQL).
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 is a plus but not required.
