Position Vacancy: Business Analyst (BA) - 2-Year Contract

Organization: Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) - via Outsourcing Partner

Contract Duration:Two(2) YearsWork Arrangement:On-site, 4 days a week, 1- Wfh

Position Summary

The Business Analyst serves as the principal liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The primary objective of this role is to

modernize systems and processes through rigorous analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements.

Key Roles and Functions

The successful candidate will:

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Identify, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions.
• Modernize systems and processes.
• Demonstrate experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Qualification Standards (QS)

Applicants must strictly meet the following minimum standards:

• Educational Attainment: Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related courses to the above.
• Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience as a Business Analyst AND a minimum of two (2) years of IT-related experience.
• Relevant Trainings/Seminars: Must have documented training in Business process management, Information management, Project management, and Process design/mapping.
