We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst based in the Philippines to support banking and financial services projects across APAC.
Role Summary
The Project Manager / Business Analyst will coordinate project delivery and act as the key link between business, technology and data teams. The role will focus on requirements gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, testing and successful delivery of banking and data-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops with business users, operations, compliance, data owners and technology teams.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Translate banking requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Coordinate source-to-target mapping and data validation activities.
- Identify requirement gaps, risks, assumptions and impacts on downstream systems.
- Support SIT and UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
- Provide regular project updates and coordinate actions across stakeholders.
- Manage requirement changes through the agreed governance and change-control process.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA.
- Experience delivering projects within Banking, Financial Services or FinTech.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process documentation.
- Good understanding of banking processes, data flows, system integration and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution and production implementation.
- Ability to work effectively with business, technology, data and vendor teams.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
