Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct external market and competitor research to get a better understanding of the industry players.
  • Understand main competitors strategies and whether these should be adopted by Shopee.
  • Support Business Development team in making strategic decisions to achieve the business growth.
  • Assist in model building and maintaining, and provide market insights on ecommerce players performance, including business model, sellers, financial performance and competitor dynamics.
  • Work closely with the business team to help intel collection and initiatives application.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Past experience in business analysis is preferred.
  • Able to work individually and be a good team player.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills from both quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Strong communication skill in English to facilitate discussion.
  • Be able to fit in with the fast paced culture of the team.
