This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients and internal teams.
What you'll do:
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition aligned with PHI Corporation's target market.
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities in FDA-regulated industries
- Support the full proposal process
- Maintain strong client communication through timeline follow-ups and excellent customer service
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and accurate documentation
- Keep records, pipeline trackers, and reports updated and organized
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to understand technical or regulatory information and communicate its business value
- Experience in FDA-regulated industries is an advantage but not required
