About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization across the organization. This role combines elements of revenue analysis, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance evaluation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations and Leadership teams to provide insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets, and the capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Business Analysis

  • Develop and maintain the company's data architecture and reporting systems.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct holistic analysis of country-level business performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable business insights and recommendations to optimize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
  • Analyze historical and current trends to support strategic decision-making and planning.

Revenue & Financial Planning

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
  • Conduct revenue and demand analysis to inform pricing, inventory allocation, and profitability optimization.
  • Monitor key business metrics and ensure alignment with overall business plans.
  • Introduce and track strategic initiatives to improve financial and operational performance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure data integrity and informed decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on business performance, revenue trends, and optimization strategies.

Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and propose optimization strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and track their impact on performance.
  • Support ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in business analysis, revenue analysis, FP&A, or strategy-related roles.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential materials.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Makati under a hybrid setup (onsite/remote as required).
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible.
