Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Gathers and analyzes business and functional requirements
• Ensures requirements are complete, accurate, comprehensible, consistent, and verifiable
• Presents status updates and reports to stakeholders
• Works closely with stakeholders and compliance teams to identify business problems and appropriate solutions
• Proactively assess project issues and facilitate mitigation plans and activities to ensure project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems or any technology related degrees
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Effective skills in business analysis and project management
• Experience and/or knowledge in Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Experience and/or knowledge in working with M365 applications
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Experience in project management tool (e.g. AzureDevOps)

A plus:

• Experience in or knowledgeable in project management tools, i.e. Gitlab, Jira
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the role
• Experience and/or knowledge in cybersecurity, digital governance, and digital transformation
• Scrum Fundamental Certified™ (SFC)
