Job Description:

This role drive end-to-end product development for internal and external solutions by leading cross-functional collaboration across design, technology, and business teams. This role ensures exceptional user experiences, data-driven decision-making, and timely delivery through robust project management and continuous iteration.

End-to-End Implementation

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of internal and external solutions, from ideation, design, technical development, demonstration, training, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.

UX/UI and Customer Experience Advocacy

  • Champion intuitive, user-friendly design by working closely with UX/UI teams to ensure an excellent customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and user feedback to continuously improve product usability.

Requirements Gathering and Functional Design

  • Work with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, structured business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Support the design of the right system and process architecture aligned with product objectives and business strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between business teams and technical departments (IT, Commercial, Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Finance) to ensure aligned understanding of requirements and goals.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to deliver solutions that integrate with customer administration, policy servicing, billing, claims management, accounting, and reporting.

Project and Timeline Management

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Track project progress, manage scope changes, and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while meeting quality standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Create and execute detailed test plans, user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, and test cases to ensure the final product meets the documented requirements and quality standards. Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and work with developers to resolve defects.
  • Ensure new products or system enhancements meet business objectives and regulatory standards before go-live.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, IT related, Actuarial, Business related
  • At least 2-5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), go live, production support.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects involving technology, operations, and business teams.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations (life, health, or general), including product structures, policy administration, claims handling, billing, finance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience supporting or designing solutions for core insurance platforms is a plus.
