Job Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving computer systems and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability. This person should have a strong understanding of both computer systems, business processes and be able to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify areas for improvement.

About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to improve the system and process.
  • Performs system administration to ensure the functional integrity at process adherence of systems in production.
  • Analyze and improve IT systems and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability.
  • Create technical documentation and specifications for software solutions.
  • Develop and implement software solutions to address system issues and improve system performance.
  • Work with technical teams to design and implement system integrations and data exchange processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and develop reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, UAT and risk management activities.
  • Ensure solutions align with the organization's technical standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis, systems analysis and design, and related documentation.
  • Must have experience in directly working with both end-users and developers.
  • Must have experience in system implementation.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of computer systems and business processes.
  • Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
