Job Description
- Conducts trends and technology scanning and prepares quarterly foresight briefs to inform roadmaps and CoP themes.
- Gathers and documents requirements for shortlisted ideas, defining scope and success metrics.
- Converts broad ideas into scoped, testable requirements with clear value metrics.
- Weighs feasibility, cost, risk, and impact when scoring competing proposals.
- Synthesizes market data and emerging signals into practical foresight and training themes.
- Manages the idea intake and pipeline tracking. Applies scoring with stakeholders and track funnel metrics.
- Prepares implementation briefs and handover packs for Innovation Delivery to ensure smooth transition from evaluation to execution.
- Designs bite-sized learning content proof-of-concepts (POCs) and best practices.
- Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of four year course in BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of work-related experience in business analysis.
- Programs management and data analysis experience.
