Business Analyst

About the Role

The Business Analyst partners with business leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate complex data into practical recommendations. The role combines advanced analytics, strong business judgment, and effective stakeholder partnership to improve operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, workforce, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Excel and other analytics tools.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and present them to leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define business needs, measures of success, and reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and data quality enhancements.
• Manage priorities independently and deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling, and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work with and influence leaders, manage stakeholders, and drive results.
