Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that the integration of technology aligns with business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system requirements.

- Analyze data and metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Experience with business process modeling and analysis.

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Must have and Good to have skills: SAP FICO (with conversion experience)
