This is a project based position for 5 - 6 months.
This will be Work On Site in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong for proper onboarding & training, and will shift toWork From Home.
The role is also on aMidshift (supporting EMEA)but will be open to shifting.

This individual will leadrequirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process documentationwhile helping translate business needs into actionable implementation roadmaps-particularly inProfessional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.
This role requires strong consulting skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
