Business Analyst I

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, supporting case assessments, and contributing to AI and automation-related initiatives. The role works closely with developers and stakeholders to identify issues, validate outputs, and support continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data related to assigned teams or programs
• Conduct case assessments and support data-driven decision-making
• Work with AI and automation tools to identify, investigate, and escalate incorrect outputs or system issues
• Collaborate with developers to communicate findings and clarify technical or process-related concerns
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including project or program delivery activities
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and assist in requirement clarification
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization efforts
• Provide support in business analysis and program management-related tasks
• Potentially support mentoring or training activities as the role develops

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of related experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions
• Willingness to learn business analysis, AI, and automation processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail
