The Business Analyst position at Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC is a critical new role designed to enhance our data integrity and reporting capabilities. What you'll do:

• Data Integrity: Audit and refine data entry processes within Filevine and Lead Docket for accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting Development: Create and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand insights into firm operations.
• SOP Creation: Develop standard operating procedures for data capture and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Compliance Enforcement: Monitor data entry practices, enforce standards, and ensure staff adherence to data protocols.
• KPI Support: Assist in the rollout and tracking of operational KPIs across departments, focusing on automation and efficiency.
