Business Analyst with 1 year of experience to support the finance function of an insurance company. The role involves financial data analysis, reporting, and supporting decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance finance data (premiums, claims, profitability)
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Gather and document business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and support audits
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 1 year of experience in business or financial analysis
- Basic understanding of insurance and finance concepts
- Strong Excel skills; SQL/BI tools are a plus
- Good analytical and communication skills
