Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and user stories.
Collaborate with various teams, including IT, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Assist in the testing phase by developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
Create business process diagrams using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Create RACI, Inputs and Outputs, Business Requirements Documents, Process Master List or Inventory
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
Must have 3+ to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the local power distribution, utilities, or energy sector
Knowledge of billing systems and data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the relevant regulations and policies in the electricity industry
Experience working in Meralco, Ayala Energy, or ACEN, Aboitiz Power is an ideal
