Job Description

  • Lead business process analysis and transformation initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities through data-driven insights, business trend analysis, and value stream mapping.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards while applying Lean Six Sigma or project management methodologies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and performance gaps, recommending sustainable solutions to improve efficiency, cost, and service delivery.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive change adoption.
  • Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations to communicate progress, risks, and results to senior management.
