Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting functional specifications, and supporting project delivery to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Role Description:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and project delivery
