Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in process development or strategic projects
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of business analytics and process methodology.
