About The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading requirements gathering and analysis activities, preparing and delivering written and oral communications, participating in testing activities, helping design methods and procedures for internal and external projects. This role is for someone who has enterprise software solutions experience.

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Reviewing, modifying and recommending the business requirements and user requirement for the project, and translate these into functional requirements.
  • Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Elicit and document business processes
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements, business requirements, use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide viable solutions which meet aligned requirements
  • Other related tasks to be assigned from time to time

What You Will Bring To Our Team

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant
  • At least 3 years of business analysis or related working experience
  • Professional experience with analyzing and documenting complex business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies
  • Working with global, cross-cultural teams
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
  • Professional experience with requirements gathering and analysis
  • Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation
  • Experience preparing and delivering written and oral communications
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Amenable for out of the country business trip opportunities to work on a certain project
  • Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA) is preferred
