What You'll Do
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Gather and analyze data to identify business needs, insights and opportunities that can help drive business decisions.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise between departments and communicate findings and recommendations to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Create detailed business requirements and documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system requirements.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use new systems and processes.
Key Criteria
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL), project management software (JIRA, Trello), and familiar with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiar with programming languages like SQL or Python can be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or similar certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US East Cost Business hours (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM in PHT). The work setup will be hybrid with 3 days/week in the office.
