The Role
Vocus is seeking business analyst for Consumer team to play a pivotal role in delivering key projects.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and business units to gather, validate, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements and processes.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit business needs and pain points.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align business needs with technical solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation and version control of all artefacts and analysis outputs.
Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes.
Drive process improvement by documenting such areas of improvement and initiating discussions and/or by ensuring the proposed solution addresses such areas.
All Other Duties As Directed By The Company.
What you'll bring
Above 2 years of comprehensive BA experience.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong BA and process documentation skills
Expert at user story mapping, persona-based requirement gathering
Understanding of BPMN
Understanding of BABOK tools
Experienced in Power, Gas, Electricity or Telco domains
Demonstrated ability to build trust, collaborate, and influence across business and technical teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident operating at both strategic and operational levels,
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and support continuous improvement.
