Business Analyst

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will spend your day examining organizational structures and workflows to understand how business processes and technology interact. You will evaluate the current operational state, gather and analyze information from various sources, and work towards defining improved business solutions that align with customer needs and strategic goals. Your role involves continuous research and synthesis of data to support informed decision-making and effective process design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on business objectives. - Support the development and documentation of business requirements and functional specifications. - Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines. - Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements effectively. - Experience in process modeling and workflow analysis to optimize business operations. - Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. - Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Manila office.
