Job Description

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will spend your day examining organizational structures and workflows to understand how business processes align with technology. You will evaluate the current operational state, gather and analyze information from various sources, and work towards defining improved business solutions that meet customer needs. Your role involves continuous research and synthesis of data to support decision-making and process enhancements within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations. - Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any issues that may arise to maintain smooth operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. - Familiarity with cloud-based human capital management solutions and their integration within enterprise environments. - Proficient in data gathering, documentation, and presentation to support business decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
