Business Analyst

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify pain points, and define solutions
2. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
3. Analyse data and information to recommend process improvements and system enhancements
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables
5. Create detailed process flows, user stories, and other artefacts to support system design and development
6. Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems and features
7. Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and requirements documentation
6. Experience in agile project management methodologies is preferred
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Crafting user stories and aligning requirements with Product Owners, Designers, and Developers.
