The Role

As an BDR, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary responsibility is to strategically engage prospects across multiple channels and generate high-quality, qualified sales appointments to fuel our growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Appointment Setting: Consistently execute high-volume outreach across multiple channels, including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging, to generate qualified sales appointments.
  • CRM and Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activity metrics, and lead status within the CRM (e.g. HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Outreach Strategy & Learning: Actively test and implement new outreach strategies, scripts, and messaging based on performance data and a strong willingness to continuously learn.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner directly with the Account Executive team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide valuable market intelligence feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or lead generation role (SDR/BDR).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written ability to engage prospects, articulate value, and handle initial resistance or objections professionally.
  • Drive & Motivation: A high level of self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive drive to hit and exceed appointment-setting targets.
  • Technology: Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software for logging activities and managing pipelines.
  • Setup: Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. (Recommended minimum: Intel i5 processor or higher, 8GB+ RAM.)
