Your impact
Design, integrate and optimise Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS), developing control philosophies and system architectures for reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop control philosophies and system architectures for BMS/PMS.
- Produce P&IDs; specify instrumentation and define control strategies and sequences.
- Conduct condition surveys, prepare reports and recommend upgrades for existing systems.
- Coordinate with other disciplines; assist during commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting.
Here's what you'll need
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Control Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; relevant PRC license.
- Experience with BMS, PMS, SCADA and PLC/DDC systems for mission-critical facilities.
- Skills in P&ID development, instrumentation sizing and controls programming.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Understanding of ISO 22237/EN 50600 and other relevant standards.
- Experience integrating controls across MEP systems and data-centre platforms.
