Job Description
The Building Maintenance staff will handle general repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple clinic locations. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work independently and respond to maintenance concerns promptly.
Qualifications
High school graduate (Vocational or Technical courses are an advantage)
With experience as building maintenance, handyman, or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs independently
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
Willing to travel to different clinic locations in Quezon City as needed
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Can start ASAP
Work Location: Quezon City (roving assignment across multiple pet clinic branches)
Salary: Minimum rate (to be discussed during interview)
