Job Description
Responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities. Duties include performing routine inspections, fixing electrical, plumbing, handling minor carpentry work, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience in general maintenance and repair
- Ability to use tools safely and work independently
- Preferably residing in Quezon City or nearby areas
- 22 to 40 years old
- NO TATTOOS
- With complete requirements
- Can start immediately/currently unemployed
- Stay out only
