Building Audit Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide twice a year comprehensive audit it involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conduct twice a year comprehensive in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping and Housekeeping, Reliability of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, renewal of Permits and Licenses and Service Contracts.
2. Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings.
3. Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule.
4. All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. License Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
2. At least 2 to 3 years working experience in related field.
3. Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
4. Knowledgeable in Philippine Code Based Requirements.
5. MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Good Interpersonal Skills.
