We are looking for a Building Administrator/ Facility Management Officer to support day-to-day facility operations, maintenance coordination, and general building upkeep

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field
  • With relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations support
  • Knowledgeable in basic building systems and maintenance processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to work onsite in South, Caloocan City

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs and upkeep
  • Monitor building conditions and report any issues
  • Help ensure workplace safety and compliance with standard procedures
  • Prepare basic reports and documentation
  • Support facility-related tasks and projects as needed

Additional Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Open for candidates who can start within a short notice period
