We are looking for a Building Administrator/ Facility Management Officer to support day-to-day facility operations, maintenance coordination, and general building upkeep
Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field
- With relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations support
- Knowledgeable in basic building systems and maintenance processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work onsite in South, Caloocan City
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing facility operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs and upkeep
- Monitor building conditions and report any issues
- Help ensure workplace safety and compliance with standard procedures
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Support facility-related tasks and projects as needed

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
