Job Description

Qualifications

A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing.
With minimum two-year experience in dealing with both Brokers and clients.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
With above average written and oral communication skills, high analytical skills, and practices initiative.
Driving skills (advantage but not a basic qualification)

Duties And Responsibilities

Seek support to Brokers through invites/visitation
Assist brokers on negotiation
Conduct Broker's Presentation to new brokers and Employee Orientation to the client
Monitors Franchise/Proposal requests and reviews the TOR for Marketing's validation
Meeting with the broker to serve and discuss the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the expectations
Monitoring of IDs and payments; following-up broker's requirements (due diligence for accreditation)
Monitors commission release to Brokers
Other duties deemed necessary
