Broker Relations Manager

Location: Cebu and Central Luzon Philippines

Reports To: Head of Broker Relations

Job Summary

The Broker Relations Manager is responsible for expanding and strengthening Aboitiz Land's broker network in Cebu and Central Luzon. The role's primary focus is the recruitment and activation of real estate brokers to generate consistent sales for Aboitiz Land projects. This position plays a key part in building strong partnerships, providing the right support and training, and ensuring the broker channel delivers on sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Broker Network Recruitment and Activation

Lead the recruitment of new brokers and brokerage firms aligned with Aboitiz Land's project portfolio and target markets.

Oversee the accreditation and onboarding process, ensuring brokers are equipped with the necessary sales tools, materials, and product knowledge.

Plan and execute activation programs such as sales caravans, roadshows, orientations, and launch events to generate broker-driven sales.

Maintain an active and engaged database of accredited brokers, ensuring continuous communication and motivation.

2. Sales Channel Performance

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active broker engagement and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with internal sales teams and project leads to identify opportunities and align broker activities with project priorities.

Implement and track broker incentive programs to sustain performance and reward top achievers.

3. Relationship and Engagement Management

Build strong relationships with brokers through regular communication, support, and recognition.

Conduct project briefings, site tours, and training sessions to enhance brokers selling capability.

Address broker concerns, documentation issues, and operational queries in coordination with relevant departments.

4. Marketing Coordination and Brand Alignment

Work with the Marketing Team to roll out updated sales kits, digital tools, and promotional campaigns to the broker community.

Ensure Aboitiz Land's brand values and standards are reflected in all broker engagements and activities.

5. Reporting and Compliance

Track and analyze broker performance, sales conversion rates, and activity reports.

Provide regular updates and insights to management regarding broker productivity and market feedback.

Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies, PRC regulations, and DHSUD requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) preferred but not required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in broker relations, channel management, or real estate project sales.

Strong network and understanding of the broker community in Cebu and the Visayas region.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple broker accounts simultaneously.

Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration platforms.

Willing to travel for fieldwork and broker events.
