As a Broadband Solutions Specialist, you will proactively contact customers who have expressed interest in internet services and convert those enquiries into confirmed subscriptions.

This is primarily an outbound sales role (80%), supported by inbound enquiries (20%). You will manage your own lead pipeline, follow up consistently, and drive conversions through confident and consultative selling.

Your goal is simple: turn interest into activation.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

  • Proactively contact warm leads who have expressed interest in broadband services
  • Follow up on incomplete applications and pending enquiries
  • Present suitable internet solutions based on customer needs
  • Confidently discuss pricing, plans, and service inclusions
  • Overcome objections and guide customers toward sign-up
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Inbound Sales Support

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers
  • Convert enquiries into completed applications
  • Provide accurate product information and service coverage details

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain and manage your lead funnel
  • Update CRM systems with accurate call notes and status updates
  • Schedule follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver clear, confident, and professional communication
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding journey

a Bit About You

Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as requested by Management

  • At least 1 year of BPO sales experience (telco sales preferred)
  • Strong outbound calling experience
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Confident in objection handling and closing
  • Energetic, resilient, and performance-driven
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and leads
