Job Description

PASADA, a project funded by DOST-PCIEERD through the FASTRAC Program and implemented in partnership with Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.), is an IoT- and AI-powered platform that analyzes real-time driving behavior to improve road safety and efficiency.

PASADA seeks to engage a Branding Strategist Consultant to provide strategic advisory support in the refinement and strengthening of the project's brand positioning and identity. The consultant shall review, validate, and ensure consistency, clarity, and coherence across all brand communications, materials, and partnerships, and support the effective articulation of PASADA's technology-driven solutions in a credible and professional manner.

As PASADA's Branding Strategist Consultant, you will:

  • Help develop and refine the company's overall brand strategy, positioning, and identity
  • Define and articulate PASADA's brand values, voice, tone, and personality across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the team to create, implement, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and user experience
  • Ensure brand alignment across internal communications and external partnerships
  • Curate, review, and refine brand assetsincluding logos, visual identity elements, templates, and branded materialsto maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Brand Strategist, Branding Consultant, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and identity systems
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear, compelling, and scalable brand strategies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful branding projects for start-up companies and/or organizations in the technology or transportation-related industries (preferred)

The consultancy engagement is expected to last at least one (1) month, with meetings held twice per week, and may be refined based on project requirements. The main deliverable will be a comprehensive branding manual covering brand identity, messaging, visuals, and key guidelines.
