Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Branding

o Leads together with the Recruitment Sourcing & Branding Manager in the formulation, direction, coordination and implementation of the branding & communication strategies as well as community engagement programs and policies to promote the InteLogix brand internally and externally.

o Create data-based strategies that will create awareness of Intelogix as a brand and be an employer of choice.

o Collaborates with the team and 3rd party suppliers in conceptualizing and implementing brand campaigns with the aim to build and strengthen the brand.

o Conceptualizes and implements a feedback system on launched campaigns, events, programs, and employee engagements that affects branding.

o Ensures that focus, consistency, and clarity of the employer value proposition of the Intelogix brand is communicated through all touch points all clients, target market, partners, and others.

Employee Engagement

o Design and implement employee engagement programs, activities, and campaigns

o Organize company events, recognition programs, town halls, and team-building initiatives

o Develop and manage inclusive employee recognition and rewards programs

o Conduct engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups

o Analyze feedback and create action plans to improve employee experience

o Strengthen internal communications to foster connection and transparency

o Monitor engagement metrics and prepare insights and reports for leadership

o Implement programs for corporate social responsibility and other community centered engagements

o Plan and coordinate community events, managing volunteers and interacting with community leaders including compiling reports on partnership outcomes, analyzing data to measure impact and make recommendations for program improvement

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

o Support the development and execution of DEI strategies aligned with business objectives

o Ensure engagement initiatives are inclusive and representative of diverse employee needs

o Promote equal participation and belonging across all departments and employee groups

o Partner with HR and leaders to identify and address engagement gaps affecting underrepresented groups

o Support awareness campaigns related to diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and cultural appreciation

o Assist in organizing DEI events, learning sessions, and observances (e.g., cultural celebrations, inclusion talks)

o Contribute to the collection and analysis of DEIrelated data and employee feedback

o Advocate inclusive behaviors, respectful communication, and psychological safety in the workplace Provides timely communication and updates to the Country Head and other senior management (if needed).

o Performs other duties and ad hoc tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

o College graduate or equivalent directly related work experience.

o 2-3 years of gained through in any field -- advertising, creative marketing, graphic design, audio-visual & multi-media, scriptwriting, radio & television programming and production, events directing and/or public relations, recruitment marketing, project management, program execution, employee engagement preferably in the service industry.

o Must be amenable to work on a mid-shift/graveyard schedule and on a hybrid set-up (Estancia South Wing Offices, Capitol Commons, Pasig City).
